"Torino Card"
"Torino Card" is a card thought up for the visitor that wants to discover freely the surprising beauties of Turin in a practical and cheap way.
The cost of the "Torino Card" is 15 Euro for 48 hours and 17 Euro for 72 hours. It allows freely to go into 130 museums, Royal Residences, castles and fortresses of Turin and Piedmont, as well as to travel free on every public transport of the city system and on tourist transport, for example: "TurismoBus Torino", the panoramic elevator of the Mole Antonelliana, the tram Sassi-Superga and the boat for the Po.
Additionally, there are discounts up till 50% on theatrical performances, concerts, guided tours, hire of bicycles and other.

Office for the relations with the public
The Office for the Relations with the Public (URP) is a service of citizens' communication and listening that was instituted by the city of Turin in 1994.
It was born to encourage and to simplify the relation between the citizens and the Public Administration; the URP has duties of information, it agrees to clues and proposals, it assures the right of access to the proceedings and the right of participation.
The citizens can turn to the URP for:

• enquiring about the city offices and services and about the activity of the administration;
• presenting clues, proposals and claims;
• presenting proposals of decision of popular initiatives, petitions and instances to the Town Council and to the Mayor;
• requiring copy or consulting proceedings and administrative documents.
